Smart Tips (Metro)
Use a Nol card (Silver/Gold) for easy tap-in/out. For clear skyline views, arrive earlier in the day; for fountains + city lights, plan late afternoon into evening.
Option 2 — City Buses & Short Walks
Buses run to Dubai Mall from key hubs in Deira and Oud Metha. Popular direct routes include 27 (Gold Souq ↔ Dubai Mall) and 28 (Lamcy/Oud Metha ↔ Dubai Mall), typically every ~16 minutes at peak. From mall stops, follow indoor signs to At The Top (Lower Ground).
Tickets & Wayfinding
Pay with your Nol card on board. If you’re already on the Metro, feeder buses run from the station to the mall, but most visitors prefer the covered Metro Link Bridge walk.
Option 3 — Taxi & Ride-Hailing
Drop-off Points
Ask for Dubai Mall drop-off near Fashion Avenue or Cinema parking for the shortest indoor walk to the At The Top counters. Dedicated taxi stands are clearly signposted.
